Irish Travels
Some of you may know that we have been working in partnership with Severfield NI for some time now. However, in the more recent months we have taken over machine care and maintenance for the sites in Southern Ireland as well. This has involved many hours of specialist training for our attending engineers, as well as many ferry trips - hope no one is sea sick!
We have now transported one of our specialist vans over there, which is fully equipped with spare parts and necessary tools. This enables our engineers to fly over and stay for a week at a time on the two sites we are currently working with Severfield on. This also means our engineers are fully mobile during their time in Ireland, allowing them to travel to collect parts, as well as between sites and their hotel!
The training our engineers have taken part in, includes getting a SOLAS safe pass and site specific health and safety training. This allows them access onto each site whilst ensuring the safety of themselves and others around them.
