Meet The Team
Matt Scott
Managing Director
Matt is one of the directors of Armistead engineering group, with over 20 years experience within the industry. Holding both qualifications and experience in agricultural engineering he also has factory training with Merlo, Sauer and Komatsu. He has carried out he MEWPS Operator and Telescopic Handler training. Matt is also an inspector for LOLER and holds his CSCS and SOLAS card, which includes a Level 1 in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. Matt has a keen eye for design and bespoke fabrication, please browse through previous work for more information. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being in the great outdoors.
Faye Rollinson
Company Secretary
Faye joined us in the office in 2015, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She has since completed her Lift Truck Operators certificate and other work place safety training. Outside of work, Faye spends her time playing Netball, socialising with her friends and family and going on lovely sunny holidays abroad.
Rob Jude
Service Manager
Rob started with the company in 2015. He joined the company with a wide range of knowledge, which he has built up over the years. Since working for Armistead Engineering, he has been put through various courses such has telescopic, MEWP and counterbalance training. He has also completed his LOLER inspector course and holds his CSCS and SOLAS cards, including the Level 1 in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. In his spare time Rob likes open water swimming, cycling and competing in triathlons as well as some much needed relaxation time.
Ben Forster
Service Engineer
Ben joined us at the start of 2020, becoming one of our newest members to join our expanding team. He brings with him plenty of knowledge and experience on different types of agricultural machinery. Since starting with us, Ben has completed his work place health and safety training, as well as gaining his CSCS card which includes a Level 1 in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment.
Helen Scott
Office Administrator
Helen joined the family business in 2016 and has since been a valuable member of the friendly team in the office. When she is not at work, she enjoys horse riding, socialising with her friends and cross fit.
Rebecca Rich
Office Administrator
Rebecca works part time in our office, assisting with general admin, LOLERs and other jobs! She has two children who she spends her time with outside of work, going on days out and holidays!
Jonathan Postlethwaite
Purchaser
Jonathan has joined the office team to purchase all our parts and various other things we might need to complete the jobs in the yard and out on the road. During his free time, Jonathan likes to spend time with his family.
Pete O'Connor
Service Engineer
Pete joined us in 2018 as an engineer in our services department. He has since completed lots of training, including his Lift Truck Operators Certificate and his CSCS card which includes the Level 1 in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. He has many years’ experience and is an asset to the team. In his spare time, he likes to be outdoors game keeping and spending time with his wife and little boy.
